Overview
GogaTime does not display advertising, use third-party analytics, or track users. The app processes information needed to create alarms, calendar subscriptions, and your selected appearance.
Data on your device
Alarm titles, comments, schedules, calendar subscriptions, preferences, and selected background photos are stored by the app. User photos are resized and stored only in the local app container; they are not synced through iCloud or sent to the developer.
iCloud
When iCloud is available, GogaTime records may sync between your devices through a private Apple CloudKit container. Apple processes and stores this information within your iCloud account. The GogaTime developer has no user interface for viewing the contents of your private store.
AlarmKit and notifications
To operate alarms, GogaTime provides Apple system services with the alarm time, schedule, title, and required technical identifiers. iOS uses this information to display and run alarms and notifications you create.
Holiday catalogs
GogaTime contacts Nager.Date to download supported countries and public holidays. Requests contain only the selected country code and year; alarm titles, comments, photos, and your Apple Account identifier are not sent. Like any online service, it may receive standard connection data such as an IP address. Religious and unofficial calendars are processed from data bundled with the app.
Feedback
When you report a problem or suggest an idea, GogaTime opens a mail composer or share sheet. Nothing is sent until you confirm it. The prepared message contains only text you enter and visible diagnostics: app version, iOS version, device model, and language. Alarm titles, comments, and photos are not attached automatically.
Sale and sharing
The developer does not sell personal information, disclose it to advertising networks, or use it for cross-service tracking.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
You can delete alarms and calendar subscriptions in the app and replace or reset a background photo. Removing GogaTime deletes its local data. You can disable synchronization and delete data stored in iCloud using your Apple Account’s iCloud controls. If you need help, contact the support address below.
