Why can’t I create an alarm?

Check GogaTime permission in Settings → Apps → GogaTime. The date must be in the future, and a repeating alarm needs at least one weekday.

Will it sound in Silent Mode?

Alarms are scheduled through Apple AlarmKit and are designed to sound while the app is closed, Focus is enabled, or the phone is in Silent Mode.

How do I edit an alarm group?

Open the group in the Alarms tab. You can edit its shared time, schedule, or individual alarms inside the group.

What information is included in support email?

Only information you choose to include. GogaTime does not attach alarm titles, comments, or photos.
